spring experts I need some help
Im trying to decide what springs i should get for my ek. Im looking for a moderate drop so im looking at the hr/neuspeed sports. Now here is my question. I found a place that sells them for 129.99 plus shipping. However they only have one part # for all 96- civics. They advertise 1.75 in the front and 1.5 in the rear. Since the coupes are a lot heavier than the hatch, does this mean that the advertised drop is for say the ex and will be less of a drop on my cx? Does that make sense? Any input would be appreciated. And no i dont want coilovers
Actually no it does not make sense...
because what I see is that the part # for the H&R sports is for all Civics...so it does not matter what model you have or whether you have a hatch or coupe
the only part number that is different is the SI due to the heavier engine...

ok but the ex weighs about 2500 correct? My car only weighs 2250. The extra weight has to effect how big the drop will be ie the ex coupe should come out lower than my car with the same spring rate due to the extra 250lbs. So if the 1.75-1.5 drop is for the ex, how much will the same springs drop my car?
