Default FS: CRX Koni SPSS3, GC, ST rear sway bar

If this is not appropriate, I apologize. I've been out of the "scene" for a little while so I'm not sure if this is still allowed or not. I just remember that it used to be ok for "race" parts if it wasn't bumped so... if it's not allowed, please let me know.

Buddy just bought my old crx and is getting rid of some of the stuff off of it. Trying to help him out. Best way for contact is through email (twofocusedATyahooDOTcom or dave421ATgmailDOTcom). Parts are located in Knightdale NC (5 minutes from Raleigh). I will ship. I'd prefer to sell it all together but will consider splitting it up.

Like the title states, these are 400/450 custom Koni GC's with sps3 Konis that have been shortened by Koni. Also I will include a 22mm ST rear sway bar with the other items. I am asking $1000 and I am firm. This setup will cost you upwards of $1650 if you bought it brand new.

The items have been used at 1 auto-x (ST rear bar used only for about 3 miles on street and not at the auto-x) and thats it. Everything is in great condition and I have all the paper work and *****. The only issue is that the rear shocks have to be mated to an 1988(cradle style, not fork style) rear lca due to the design of the Konis.

Damn, this was perfect timing until I got to the part about the 88 cradles. Dang. Well good luck on the sale, good price.

It's not that hard to find 88 lca's or 98+ ITR lca's. Awesome price too.

Something you'll want to include with this post is wether or not the rear Koni's are externally adjustable or if they are compress to adjust. They look like they are externally adjustable.

Yeah, but it's an extra cost that would put me at where I'd be if I just ordered the setup for my 91.

Ummmm... o.k.

I've got this same setup on my car and ended up spending about $1000 for the revalved shocks+$125 for the rear sway bar+whatever GC's cost nowadays... seems like a really good deal to me even if you have to buy new LCA's.

Good luck with the sale!

FWIW, ITR LCA's are cheaper than CRX Si LCA's.

I think I paid about $100 for the pair. Not bad considering you get new bushings if yours haven't been replaced in a awhile.

My buddy's brother just bought an 88 crx. He's wanting to swap the suspension out and we're going to go to 89+ lcas (my old set is still with the car). As soon as we get him some shocks, the lca's can be included. Don't know when it will be but hopefully soon.

also, rszero1, you have pm.
