Default Rear Bumper Fitment HelP!

Hello, Ive got a body kit from Extreme Dimensions for my 91 integra 2dr. The front bumper and side skirts went on without a hitch and fit great. I am having trouble getting the rear bumper to line up and fit right.

ED's Spyder Rear Bumper:

Gapping where it is soppossed to screw into the fender-well and is lined up perfect to the body lines! (3/4" gap)

Also, the curve of the body kit doesnt seem right, it gets very close to the tire when it curves in, is this right?

The curve doesnt match the body line?

Stock Bumper:

Any help would be great, Thanks.

It's a aftermarket body kit of course it's gonna fit like trash..that's why you see bondo all over riced up cars. i doubt you'll be able to make it fit close to stock without quite a bit of modification. but good luck.

It's a common problem for aftermarket/knockoff body kits to have poor fitment. Years ago, I spent way too much money on getting my body kit to fit right. It turned out great...but was not worth the $$$$$.

Do yourself a favor and reinstall the oem bumpers and sell that kit to somebody else.

That's what I did.

Yeh Ive got the OEM rear bumped on now. What I dont understand is why the front aftermarket bumper went on so easy.

It's possible the mold for that bumper wasn't as messed up.

buy the bumper from ground designs 2000... i think theyre the ones who originally made that kit. most copies of kits wont fit well.

You may want to take it up with whomever you bought it off of, because they should at least explain it's poor fitment, if not replace the product.

Regardless of whether or not I'm a JDM-freak, that looks awful. From the front, and from the rear. Talk about taking any hope/shred of class out of a car.

based on your pants and shoes, I'm not surprised you have an unpainted kit and steelies.

point in any direction homie, you can find a rear lip in most places, hell even check ebay and thats better hten that bumper. why would you spend the time to chop up the bumper after buying a rediculous bumper and fiberglass it and **** and bondo it back up. what a waste of money.

and for the r34 part, its an integra...NOT an r34, keep it that way.
