Default Going Nuts: Looking for all metal lock nuts

I am looking for a bunch of all metal lock nuts to replace a bunch of nuts on my car that I have buggered up over the years using cheap tools. (Never buy cheap tools.) The nuts are mainly M8-1.25, M10-1.25, and M12-1.25. You will see these all over the Helms manual labelled 'replace'.

I have looked at Mr. Metric locally, Fastenal, Orchard Supply, Lowes, Home Depot, and all I can find are the nylon locking ones (which will not work very well in exhaust applications).

I called a dealer and they wanted $5 a nut! Anybody know of a source of these?

I usually buy 'em at at a discount price at friend's Acura dealership. You might IM RatedR or Mike K. The shipping will make kill any savings on small items though.

At this stage I am almost willing to pay $5 per nut. What sort of prices are these wholesale?

Thanks.
