Default Any feedback on Mitech/Riland/Parker/Egay brand Plasma Cutters?

I am looking for a plasma cutter, and I wont ever be cutting more than 1/4" material, and it wont get a huge ammount of use, mosty just for flanges and artwork and such, and since I just got my Thermal Arc 185, I dont have a ton of money to drop 1000+ on a plasma, and I was wondering if anyone has used these with good results?

Here are the two machines I am looking at, mainly because they have the best warranty out of the ones I have seen.

Well I think I am going to try one of those 40amp machines, because on weldingweb and a few 4x4 forums it seems as if they are pretty good little machines, and I found one for $380 shipped with a 1 year warranty so I think I will give it a shot.
