To paint or not to paint these pieces on a stock EG front bumper

To paint or not to paint these pieces on a stock EG front bumper
I am getting my eg front bumper painted, and need to know what you guys think I should do about the grill area where the stock foglights go.
It is currently unpainted, and need to know if I should
A) cut them out, since the front large grill is already cut out
B) Don't cut them, and Don't paint them either
C) Don't cut them, but do paint them.
Just need your opinions.

Cut them out. Buy stock fog lights. Paint them the same color of your car. Buy turbo. Buy intercooler and put in center grill area.
