I miss the autobahn! I was in Germany over winter vacation and, even tho my rental car was an A150, the autobahn was still the best part of the trip
The new M3 is going to be crazy! Sorry about having to sell the R. What kind of tax do you have to pay on it?

Correct me if i am wrong, but if you are stationed overseas you cannot sell your car to anyone native of the country (off base) correct? This is how it was explained to me at least. So will you make what attempts you can to sell to someone who works there on base who is also stationed there?
Good luck with things either way
Good luck with things either way
There will be no sales tax at all.

You can sell your car off base but you need to have a document to complere before selling it. You cant just sell it like back in the states you let the Air Force know that you are selling your car and fill up some documnent.

Depending on what state you come back to, you might have to pay taxes on the sales price when you come back. Ask me how I know
