Default problems in car after cutting power to alarm

alright everyone i need some help.

i have a 98 accord lx 4cyl 4 door. i bought it from a lady about three years ago.
it currently has a clifford alarm installed and lately its been acting up. It would
just stop opening unlocking the doors and the alarm itself would not activate
from time to time. the battery in the remote is still new.

so i cut the power to it. now the problems are a little confusing. the doors will
not unlock through the power controls on the doors. the drivers side door can
only control the drivers side window and the passenger window on the drivers
side. the two windows on the other side can only be controlled by their
respective controls.

please assist, it's an irritating situation.

thanks.

you must of cut something else. depending on who did the install originally, you shouldn't have any problems like that with the installation.
