using a d16y8 intake man on a d15b head????

i have a d16y8 (EK civic) intake manifold. i notice that the intake runners are bigger and shorter than that of a d15b (equivalent to d16z6) manifold.i have a d15b swap for my 95 dx and i was thinking of swaping out the d15b for the d16.
has anyone attemped this yet???
