rev problems with b16a. del sol

Im in a hurry and my 93 del sol wont rev past 4k. it was throwing engine codes 4, 7, 10, 14, and 22. but I fixed them all. There is no engine codes being thrown and my car still wont rev past 4k. Please....Please...Please...any help would be Great!!! Thanx Kipp!
