which gives better street performance? Cold Air? Short Ram? Ceraminc? or it dont matter? Brands?

If you search for INTAKE it will give you all kinds of threads about it.

But I would recommend an EBAY intake with K&N filter.

ebay tube with K&N filter ftw! I actually modified my intake tube from my del sol, to fit the prelude.
