i got a 98 gsr head with slight p&p and dual valve springs all around.
all new valve job, no intake manifold or dizzy, but if you wanna pay more i got a victorx manifold and tb for it also. it came off of a turbo charged motor that i ran.
600 for the head
550 for the manifold and tb..
let me know i will be in wi this weekend 7/19-7/21

i have a 1996 jdm b16 head, head is complete and ready to go, comes with stock intake manifold, brand new intake manifold gasket, no throttle body or valve cover, live in waukesha wi.... $400

sell it however you like. 
its just my opinion. i do agree you get what you pay for but then most people believe their stock head is worth more. i've buy and sold GSR head before between $275-$350 and if its more than that then I might as well pick up a long block. again sell it at however you like.
