I never really thought I would be typing out this thread but here goes anyways. I sold my ITR on 02/16/17 exactly 5 years and 4 days of ownership. I sold her because I just had a baby and needed a bigger vehicle. I had her since she had 7500 miles on her and put about 95,000 miles on her over the course of my ownership.

During that time I had great times with the car and I had times when I couldn't stand it. I had so many great times with the car and I met lots of great people because of it. I'll still troll around here and keep my eye out for maybe a project car or my next ITR. Let's see how long I can stay away. Here are a few last pics. I miss the car already...

There a few ways to part with your R... Selling it is the way most us hope it goes.

Congrats on the baby. I respect you for making a sacrifice for your family.

 

Don't feel bad. I had a kid on the way so I sold my Type-R a little over a year ago and I had it for close to six years. You will miss it but the kid will be great. But you will find yourself back here more than you think, at least that is what happend for me.
