Default wat should i go for? ecu spoon chip or 2 1/4 piping

what should i go for first. right now, i got i/h/e, controller, etc, but not the 2 1/4 piping. its still the little *** one. should i go for the spoon chip for my p28 ecu or go for the 2 1/4 piping. any reply would be helpful.

go for the exhaust first. without that you really arent getting the gains u want from the chip anyways. u will notice the difference with the i/h/e too. definitly the piping though
