Default Introducing K-Tuck Engine Harnesses

Hello Everyone I would just like to let you know that I will now be doing Tuck harness conversions as a full time business rather than just locally at our shop. Here is the basic break down

-Original harness is required (I have to modify the original harness for now until I get enough pre-made)
-VTEC can be added to an existing harness (integrated into shocktower plug or as a sub-harness) for additional 40.00
-All Joints are soldered heat shrinked
-All added wiring is 18 gauge
-Upgrade to Braided sleeving for (all harness will come with convoulouted tubing otherwise) 60.00
-All harnesses are test fitted and function checked.
-Recomended to pass through the heater core hose hole in firewall (requires removal of Heater Core). Other means may be to cut your own hole. If so, the location on where you are planning to pass your harness through must be specified. We can convert your plugs to an AMP/CPC connector (PM for details!!!)
PM for pricing and details

Just some side notes:

These harnesses are not a magic fix to wanting to wire tuck your Engine bay. You still must do a majority of the work (i.e. pulling engine harness through the firewall, removing the heatercore, routing the wires, etc...). Wire tucks are all about creativity. This is mainly intended to aid in the process of those wishing to tuck their cars but not possesing the skills or knowledge to re-do the engine harness.

You will still need to do the headlight/AC wiring youself do to the nature of not being able to unplug it from the car and send it to me. (PLEASE feel free to contact me if you need help doing this!!)

This service is for the ENGINE HARNESS ONLY!!! Generally the labor only takes about a week from the time we recieve your harness. As of now we can only offer this service for B and D series harnesses, but more will be coming soon! If there are any question please feel free to PM or contact me at the following:

* Sorry but there has been some confusion on the subject of EK's and other vehicles with "one" piece harnesses. I can do them through the mail but I normally discourage it because some people will just cut the harness and send it out. If you want me to modify your EK harness it can be done but you will have to dig under your dash and pull the harness out. The harness must remain uncut! Sincere apoligies about the misconception!

Here are some pics of one of my project cars at the shop I am in the process of doing. Will have some pics of the actual harnesses in a few days once I finish a few. Also waiting for some customes that I worked on to come down from El Paso so I can snap a few pics.

Again, please feel free to contact me with any questions. Also I forgot to mention that all harnesses are garuenteed! If you do find some thing wrong I will pay for the return shipping and fix it. Thanks again for looking!!!

Thanks for the compliment. I will have some in a few days. Right now I am finishing two EG harnesses that will be able to post pics of. As of now i can't offer a K-series harness due to not having the specs and experience with it (although that should change by August). Unless I have done a few in person with the car in my possesion, I wouldn't feel comfortable doing the conversion. Very sorry about that but for now it is mainly B and D series. As far as the looming, standard comes with black convolouted tubing terminated with electrical tape . Another option is braided sleeving terminated with heatshrink. This looks ten times better and is more flexible (easier routing of wires), but it does cost more (due to having to unpin connectors, labor time, and material cost). It's all up to you. Just let me know how you need us to make it .

Also forgot to mention. We can convert the shocktower plugs to AMP CPC connectors. Still working on a price, but will be available soon! Keep in mind though, this will require you to convert the cabin side of the harness yourself.

Also new is our VTEC sub harnesses and Shocktower pin wires. As with our tuck harnesses, 18ga wire is used for these and all joints are soldered/heatshirinked. The VTEC subharnesses are made to order and besides VTEC solenoid and Oil pressure switch, we can add knock sensor, 4-wire o2 sensor and IAB's. These also come with the ECU pins attached so these are truly plug and play!.

Our Shocktower pin wires make it easy to utilize a VTEC engine harness on a non VTEC equipped chassis. You simply plug in the VTEC harness to your chassis harness and then use these wires to connect the new sensors from your shocktower plug to your ECU!

Yes sir, the measuring is actually getting done right now. We should have them ready to make in a few months. yeah the name gets people, K is actually the first letter of my last name (goofy I know, but my wife came up with it and it fit). Also, we now have a few EG (non VTEC) harnesses IN STOCK. As before, any questions please feel free to ask.

On another note we are located in Southern New Mexico for now. We will be opening our shop in California by March 2008, so stay posted!!!
