Is the blower resistor in working order?
(does the climate fan work at all levels - 1,2,3,4)

 

I think so but I am not sure!

 

think you could throw a battery in there to check?

If its good:
Drop the glove box
You will see an electrical connector plugged into something w/ 2 screws on it
Remove the screws and connector...pull the piece up...thats the resistor
