Material: 100% Polyurethane, same material as the oem lips. All hardware to install lip is included, also the lip has oringal oem holes on the bottom to mount to your bumper, no need for more holes.

Fitment: These lips were made to fit like the OEM lips, i can honestly say these lips are the best I'v seen for OEM style lips, because due to the material used ( polyurethane, very bendable) it fits on the s2000 without any problem. OEM Lips are made with Polyurethane and Plastic. ( Pure Polyurethane Lips Are More Durable Then Even OEM Lips )
