Let me start off by saying, <U>both of them turn on, but after a few minutes, one of the flickers off. I think it's the bulb, but not sure. Could be the ballast.</U>
- They are used, and I dont know how old these are.
- They're a little dirty.
- wires are covered in a black platic tubic and black tape.
- I looked these up, and they're like 379 + shipping brand new. (just stating it. not looking for that though)
