Default My new 1998 Honda Prelude Type SH (pics)

So I just paid for the prelude, have the title in hand, going to pick it up tonight. It's a 98 type sh, with a rod knocking... everything else is clean, no big issues with the body or interior, just the engine problems... I'm most likely going to drop in a type s engine, but if anyone knows of a deal on a h22a4 type sh longblock or shortblock, shoot me a pm or im, i'm definitely interested.

Here's some pics of the new car, 74,000 miles on her, and guess how much I paid... $2000! Talk about a sweet deal! I'm sure I'll need your help while rebuilding/swapping this thing... So thanks in advance for that.

Here's the pics:

WOO HOO!

Are you planning on moding your car for high hp #'s. Because that sh tranny and motor should be takn out anyway. If your planning on an n/a build, a type s motor isnt a bad start.

Nice find man! Save your money and time in the long run and just swap out the sh motor and tranny to a base motor and tranny, You'll appreciate it a lot more lol, I wish I had that option but stuck with the sh and wanting to do more than the usual mods. Good luck with the car tho man... You'll love it around corners if you keep it an SH.

honda3431, i got your pm and the instant message deal. I'm still a trial user on here, so I can't do much. But I sent myself the link at home for the florida CRX board... really cool, I'll definitely go to some of the functions and stuff once the type s is in and running.

Thanks everyone for the compliments and the jealousy... haha.

I have a long long story about how I got this home last night, I'll make another post about the adventure, the cop, the title, the towtruck, etc. once I get off of work. Gotta run to the bank and then home...

Have a good one, all.
