This thread has good arguments between the two most popular swaps (ZC and B16) https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=188973

Do a search, this question has been asked a gazillion times...

My b18b swap cost me:
$800 97 B18b motor (less than 20K miles)
$350 Y1 cable tranny
$150 91 Integra axles
$50 Intermediate shaft (91 Integra)
$100 91 Integra distributor
$100 91 Pr4 ECU
$450 Hasport Billet mounts
$185 Shift linkage
$249 Wiring harness DX to SiR (for future vtec)
Rear engine mount (91 Integra): $65.00

You will also need the following if running OBD0:
injectors (90-91 Integra)
Injector resisor box (if you have dual injection) $25.00
Alternator (91 Integra)

Add ons: (New)
Water pump
Timing Belt
Radiator hoses (91 Integra) upper and lower
Clutch cable (91 Integra)
speedometer cable (91 Integra)
Clutch Kit

* I chose a B18 swap as suppose to B16, because I'm upgrading to an LS/Vtec (GSR head)...

You can use most of your wiring for a D series swap.

94+ is harder but not to bad.

Same thing no difference, B18b of B18a...You can use your stock wiring and ecu if you have an Si, but may need to use all that I had mentioned earlier like 91 injector plugs, distributor and alternator. For axles, if using a 91 intermediate shaft, use 91 axles as well. Make sure to remove dust shields to fit..Check out Hasport.com for exact swap info. it helped me a lot.

Depending on what model crx you have, for a b16a it will cost you anywhere from $1600-$2200. Me personly I spent $2050. This included everything I possibly needed to do the swap. I also have a 90 civic DX. I had to buy the motor mount kit to bolt in my motor. If you have an SI you dont need the mount kit. that will save you around $400-$500. This mount also is needed if you plan on putting any B18 series motor in your car (excluding the SI)
