Are you concerned that with the bearing being not as wide as the LCA itself, that there may be too much load on the bearing with not enough area to spread the load?

The bearings are heavy duty and can withstand much more force than a car with even race tires can produce. These bearings are rated to withstand more than 25,000 lbs of force.

I have used them on my prelude for 1.5 years with about 20 track days and the bearings are still good and tight. If or when the bearings start to wear out and get loose they can be replaced by hand with new bearings for about $30 (for 2).

They are in stock now, and I should still have them in a month.

I have kits for the prelude, integra, and accord. I will have to check it they will fit other cars, but I would guess they do not. I'm working on a kit for the EK civics but they are not ready yet.

i've heard otherwise, that the shock mount bushing in the front lca produces the least improvement when replaced by a poly or any aftermarket bushing.

Is that a serious question?
OEM bushings (on any car) are made from varying hardnesses of rubber to reduce noise, vibration and harshness. Solid steel spherical bushings are about as bad as it gets, NVH-wise. They are for racing use, where you shouldn't care...

Wow.
Wow.
yes it's for a pair of 2. 1 for each side. Yes they will transmit more road noise into the chassis. These kits are for competition use were every fraction of a second matters and things like noise and ride harshness take a back seat.

But in the second pic, the hole for the shock looks to have a metal piece pressed in.
