old rusty channel iron, sch40 pipe, plasma cutter, MIG, big hammer

You guys need to start using google to host your pictures. gmail account provides like 2gb of room on their server for all sorts of fun stuff.

it is a cranium, not skull. Skull is the cranium + mandible

Pretty cool though. Looks like a juvenile with the small face and big vault.

thanks for the comment son my CRANIUM ...it took about 3hrs. And it is going to be an exhaust tip. it would look stupid on the hood i think.

If you made one where the weld seams matched up approximately to the natural cranial sutures and cleaned it up nicely, i would buy it.

I considered that type of design at first but since I build stuff off blueprints all day, I really wanted to just throw it tongther and have it not be perfect. If i was going to do a more anatomicaly correct one I think i would do 1/8" stainless and TIG it so it looks more finished and clean...but honestly I dont think you would want to pay what it would cost.

I might be doing a cast aluminum one this up comming week. its gonna be slightly more animated and agressive but much smoother. A little more shape in the eye sockets and a more exagerated maxilla.
