which out of the two would you chose if you were getting them basicaly at the same price, JUN stage 2 OR 00 civic R cams

i have a daily driver B18C that i wasnt some more power out of

please state why you chose your answer

neither because you provide no useful info. b18c that you want to get more power out of is not useful info.

with a AEM CAI
2.25 cat back exhaust
sir Y21 gear box
Exhedi Lighten fly wheel and stage 2 clutch
i want to come out of the stock margin at the race track

im no expert but i will say

for the same price the jun cams are a way better deal but they would be over kill for a stock gsr motor with intake and exhaust

If you get JUNs youre gonna need to upgrade the valvetrain..with the CTRs you dont HAVE to but it still might be a good idea.

i think i going with the CTR, they are avaliable now, and they should make good power, i plan to upgrade my valvetrain bc i believe in doing something right the 1st time, what valve train is stronger than stock and not a over kill ?

thanks guys for the info anyways, i am going CTR

springs are in question now, any suggestions ? reving to the stock limiter

Or.. get an ITR valvetrain handles 9k revs
