I don't think so. Here's the bumper parts list for a 2000 ITR. Seems like only the front lip and license plate plugs come painted.

Was wondering what hardware I needed to order to install an ITR lip on my 2000 FBP GS-R. That I know of, from the parts list above, do I only need the Bracket A. Front Air Spoiler (#4) and Nut, Air Spoiler Clip (#38)?
I was also wondering which shade is closer to FBP - "Starlight Black Pearl" (for 00's) or Nighthawk Black Pearl (for 01's)?
Is it a fairly easy install for OEM lips? Saw on a previous thread how Comptech lips had to be left under the sun so it can be "stretched" over to the opposite side of the bumper (
). Hopefully OEM's will just be plug and play. Anything PITA (if any)about OEM installs?
