Added some Hood Dampers...
I really didn't like the current options for hood dampers on the market today, so after alot of thought (and trial and error), I was able to put together some hood dampers that fits the 4th gen ludes. Its completely plug and play, no drilling at all. It also opens the hood up a bit more than the prop does. Enjoy!

nb. is this a kit ur selling or something nrg sells that fits. also would like to know if that cf or oem hood. big difference in weight

OP is offline right now, but when he gets back....
Got some Questions,
1. Is that a CarbonFiber hood you got or OEM ?
2. Where did you get the dampers ?
3. You got a write-up for us ?
bc if its just holdin up the cf hood it may not be strong enough to hold up an oem hood. at least thats y i was wondering. although it doesnt matter much since my hood is cf anyways(this is where id put in that hammerhead icon but idk how to do it)
thanks guys...yes those are real CF...heres a closeup pic...

first of all, that is NOT an OEM hood...it is a CF hood.
second, the hood dampers WILL work with an OEM hood....we tested a set on another 4th gen prelude with a stock hood and it works fine...
lastly, since there is very little room in the rain channels, the hood sits on the hood dampers when closed...as a result, the hood no longer sits flush along the fender...I will try to take pics of the actual gap on an OEM hood...
CF hoods will have this same issue (mine did)...so what i ended up doing was the spacer mod (the one that makes ur hood look open when its actually closed)...this way, when the hood is closed, it looks like the gap is intentional (and since we have those 2 vents by the headlights, i think it really does help keep the under hood temps down)....
as far as anyone interested in possibly purchasing a set, I am going to talk to people over at NRG on Monday and see what they say. So please sit tight.
