Are front and rear 02 sensors the same??

Are front and rear 02 sensors the same??
I was wondering if the front and rear 02 sensors are the same? I was going to swap them out and see if my code changes any. I have a 420 code right now. Thanks for any replys

The front controls air fuel ratios the rear only checks the condition of the catalytic converters. Not positive about the Honda, but would assume they are different
