My Skunk2 Exhaust
I recieved my Skunk2 today and got it installed.. I dont think there is anything that sounds that good.. The performance gain is decent, but the sound is UNBELIEVABLE. It is LOUD, but such a nice smooth sound with a nice rumble when the throttle decreases. I COULD NOT be happier!!!
Yep, and I love mine too! 70mm, btw. I don't know if they offer a 60mm...

That was my last dyno run @ 182whp, 134wtq with K&N intake and Skunk2 Exhaust only. And remember that this was done at a mile high altitude. I'll make another separate post about that later...

Depends on the application, you would go larger if you want to possibly consider forced induction applications. You could go with the smaller piping for NA applications or if you only intend to do BPU (basic performance upgrades). For example, if you don't intend to do the "for offroad use" performance type parts.
If i were going forced induction, i would go with the larger diameter or even as large as 3". Then again, I will wait to find out what other people are using to judge the optimal diameter for the application I choose.

actually on our k20 it has been dyno proven again and again that larger piping is better EVEN if n/a. seen a dyno with a 3" ajp catback n/a and still gained topend while losing VERY minimal lowend. the difference in the 60mm and 70mm would be sound and of course topend.
