Default b-16a

ok i am about to do a b-16a sswap in my 88 crx dx and after i do this i plan to start to do little stuff to it. but my Q. is i a good idea to put the itr intake manifold on a stock b-16a? what about a upgrade in injectors? a spoon 70mm throttlebody? or is this stuff just a waste of money untill i build my internals?

put that manifold on your car with the B16 throttle body and never look back. you don't really need to up your injectors at that point. but you will definitely feel that manifold over the stock one.

Put either the ITR manifold or the Skunk2 manifold on there with a bigger throttle body and you will definitely feel the difference. The 1g b16a intake manifolds are a little restrictive and the itr/skunk2 will hel to open that up.

don't bother you won't feel anything.... except a little loss in low end, save your money and get some cams. the skunk manifold is basicaly a ported type R manifold, designed for higher lift/more argessive cams and higher rpm's. and the t/b don't bother, n/a is all about air flow, if you open the intake side too much your going to lose velocity/power.
