Best clutch kit and flywheel combo?
Clutch-masters clutch and a Kaiten 8.8 cromoly flywheel.
Most H-T'ers will tell you to go with Exedy as it is the oem clutch and a Fidanza flywheel that is 8.0 pounds.
You might be better off asking what setup people run. Also, search "clutch" Reading past threads will help you as well.
What are your goals? That should determine what combo you choose.

Yea thats tru, it is personal preference. I'm going to search around, I kinda just wanted to hear what the majority of ppl had as there setup.

I like ACT's flywheel(street) but not the harsh pedal feel of their clutch. ClutchMaster stage III clutch w/ACT flywheel is perfect for my driving.
Less soreness of left leg!

I also have this setup and like it alot. I am unsure if I should have gone with the ACT 8lb flywheel though. I chose their 12lb to make sure I would not have driveability problems. It was a tough choice. Wj

Competion stage 3 kevlar composite great for daily driving and for high hp setups. The same people that make clutmasters make competion. Go with competition flywheel steel. Aluminumones can break after a while.
i am running the Exedy stage 2 ceramic clutch with the Fidanza 8lb. flywheel. i love the way the clutch feels compared the the one in my hatch (still stock and half worn out)
Just a word of advice. If you plan on replacing the throw out bearing I would suggest using an OEM one. Even the Exedy (OEM quality) that I put in my car is squeeking after a short while.
