just a quick question but for a stock b16 with itr cams etc waht sort of afr's should i be shooting for at what load points on the map?

 

Honestly, the best place to learn the information you want is called "pgmfi.org".

But here's a basic rundown.

WOT: 12.8-13.0:1
Light load: 14.7:1

Keep in mind these are VERY basic guidelines. I am by no means an experienced tuner, but that should give you a good starting point.
