S2000 Sales By Color
Does anyone have access to this information? I'm looking primarily for S2000 sales stats (some of which I've found on Honda's page) that breakdown the amounts of S2000s sold yearly and by color. The one that I've seen on Honda's page shows only how many were sold each year and nothing about color? Anyone got anything?
i'm pretty sure silverstone is the most popular color, not sure after that. i'd guess berlina black, then grand prix white, then sebring, the yellows, the reds, then the blues.
Not that this is the best way to tell or anything but nationally I see
for sale...
251 Berlina Black
206 Blue (LBP & Suzuka)
286 Red
521 Silver (Sebring & Silverstone)
116 White
202 Spa & Rio
For a total of... 1582.
If I don't filter by color I find 1917 for sale.
According to http://hondanews.com/CatID1007...e=asc, there have been 52, 551 S2000s sold in North America thru 2005
If we divide color by total amount for sale:
251 Berlina Black - 15.87%
206 Blue (LBP & Suzuka) - 13.02%
286 Red - 18.07%
521 Silver (Sebring & Silverstone) - 32.93%
116 White - 7.33%
202 Spa & Rio - 12.77%
So I can guesstimate that Silver is most popular followed roughly by Red, Black, Blue, Yellow and White in that order.
