Alright...like a dumbass I just snapped the passender side mirror of my CR-V against the garage while backing out. It's supposed to flip backward but it decided not to. I'm looking at the chart and I can't figure out what the deal is. I only broke the reflective part of the mirror and the outer casing. I need to order the parts but I can't figure out what I need.

I figure this is appearance related.

1785113 002 1 MIRROR SUB-ASSY., R. (1400R) (HEATED)

That's what I'm thinking I need...but I'm not sure what's included with the Mirror Assembly because there's no "1" on the chart, or what the difference is between Heated and R.C Heated. Or maybe 001 on the chart includes everything and I don't need 002?

1 is the entire mirror guts and all. You see where it has a 1 with a 6 below it? Thats not 16 thats 1(right) and 6(left) 2 and 7 are the reflective mirror parts alone.

 

looks like they dont sell just the housing, so your gona have to order the whole thing from honda, or find one salvage

 

You cannot buy the shell alone going by the chart. Yes if you buy 1785111 001 1 MIRROR ASSY., R. DOOR (HEATED) you will have everything you need... no need to buy 002. I have no idea what the RC stands for sorry

 

Ah ok, thanks guys That blows that I can't just snag the housing, especially considering some of the parts included in the whole assembly are like $50 so it could theoretically be a lot cheaper. Oh well. At least it comes pre-painted!

What's really weird is the "R.C Heated" option is $70 cheaper. Hmm...
