BLOX IM, what bolts/studs do I need?

I got the ones for the TB already, what size do I need for the fuel rail and anything else?

Also can I reuse the TB gasket?

what all do I need to transfer over from the gsr IM to the new one? I got the fuel rail and TB, what else?

Ok here's what i got so far...

What do I do about the EVAP off the old IM?
