Default 1990 Prelude Si

Hey, a buddy of mine has a 1990 Si, and he was wondering if he can swap something in it, because the motor in it now is pretty high milage. The motor is a b21a and I have no clue on anyhting about that engine because there seems to be no websites that are talking about it. Can he just swap in any B-series then? LMK. thanks

JDM B20a is a direct swap... or you can go to http://www.preludepower.com and find out where to get the recently release 3g h22 mounts... then get custom axles, wire it in.. then have an h22 3g!!!

hi iam from powerprelude.com you can swap an h22 in you car and we can help you but the only way to di it is to buy mounts for it and we are doing a group buy right now to help people do this since they dont make them any more we are having them custom made with billet aluminum and poly bushings which eliminate wheel hop so come on over click here

That would be a pretty pointless swap. Those B20's aren't the same as newer B20's.
He would end up with same hp but less torque than his B21. This would be worth it if he's planning to build it and boost it or if he just needs a replacement for a blown motor. Otherwise, H22 FTW!

Errrr.... What is your problem? Woke up on the wrong side of the rock today???
I said it would be a pretty pointless swap UNLESS HE'S PLANNING TO BUILD/BOOST IT. Otherwise it would be a waste of money as he would be going from a 2.1l to a weaker 2.0 that will make the car slower. COMPRENDE?

Next time READ and UNDERSTAND one's post before you call one stupid, STUPID.

And how the F*** would you know weather or not I owned/built one???
FYI I'm on my 5th Prelude, and yes I've built B20's before.

Think before you write something and make an *** out of yourself next time, and grow up.
