Default PICTURE REQUEST - DC2 dash in ef & 90-91 crx front end on hatch

FEW QUESTIONS..

Alright, did MANY searches and found lots! but not what Im looking for
I know the DC2 dash fits and what modifications need to be done

AND I know the CRX front end will fit onto a hatch, and what modifications need to be done

WHAT I WANT... is pictures! I have a few parts cars, aswell as a driveway full of ef's, i have a hatch i want to do this to, but would like to see some pictures before hand, to get a better idea

I found a few pictures from B-SeRIoUS (not sure if thats exact) of the dash when it was in the process of install. But iwant to see some pictures of the car with ACTUAL doorpanels (if they can be done to look decent)
Now, I seen a picture of the DC2 dash and CRX doorpanels, and they were recovered, didnt look the greatest
Can the integra door panels fit, without MAJOR modifications???

PICTURES WOULD BE GRREATLY APPRECIATED!!!

found lots of info when i searched, but all pictures were expired and will not show up!!
so a little help from you with the conversions would be great!!

NOW, I found ONE picture of a 88-89 crx front end on a hatch... ANY pictures of the 90-91 front bumper???

pictures, pictures, pictures... PLEASE!

Thanks in advance

The CRX front end will work, however, you'll have to swap out fenders, *i think* headlights & obviously corner lights, and the upper part of the fender will more than likely have to be cut and spliced with the lower part of a hatch fender so as to keep the fact that the hatch doesn't have door moulding.

I can't help you with the dc2/4 dash question though. I do know that with the DA you have to cut up your door panels just to get the doors to shut.

Thanks man, I know everything that needs to be done for the crx front end to make its way onto the hatch. I just want to see some pictures, Iv seen the one with an 88-89 front bumper, I wanna see the one with the 90-91 bumper.

As for the dc2 dash all the ones iv seen has had custom door panels, like aluminum, i want to see if anyones customed any other HONDA door panels to fit and or how hard the crx door panels are to make work

Pictures are key

I cant remember where but i saw somebody who heated up the door panels until they were soft then molded them so the doors will shut.

Since you have so many of them, crxs and civics, why don't you just try to swap parts around to see what fits?

i dont think experimenting is totally ruining the looks of a car, but hey whatever floats ur boat, its not my money. might as well just throw it on the ground and light it on fire

Look buddy, its not like im looking to throw a EG or EK front end on the car, nor a DA ugly *** dash in an EF. I dont plan on throwing a DC dash in all my EF's. I do however plan on throwing the dash in my EG. But im tired of this EF hatch dash, and have seen ONE picture of a DC dash in a hatch, but I want to see what people have done in terms of doorpanels. If they look like ****, then Ill throw a crx dash in the civic. Call me ricer if you like, or hate on me, but i like the DC dash, and DEFINATLY like the factory tack that revs to 10.

Dont you ever get tired of the dash covers in the 88-89 model civics and crx's, this is what I have in my 91 hatch. Im sure I could hunt out a newer dash cover for my car, OR put the DC or the EK (think it fits) cluster into the stock dash. I just want to weigh my options out, you hear me?

Go save the EF's by bothering the ricers with the agressor bodykits that are 90% mesh. The ones with the big aluminum wings and the 18" rims.

Im interested in seeing what can be done appearance wise to the interior, you know, a little newer interior styling.

... NOW anyone with pictures, or a link to a page or 2 that can help me out

Thanks

Im really glad you have an opinion on things, I have 4 ef's, the hatch that i was interested in doing this too, i picked up for next to nothin with a molded mix match bodykit on it, Iv had to do some extensive work to get the stock bumpers back on the car, its spray bombed flat back, and there is NO CHANCE this car will ever be in the condition i would like it to be, its had 18 owners etc... i think you need to stop wasting your time by posting in this thread, and let me seek the questions im asking.

All im trying to do is give this car a new look, you just care entirerly too much about what people want to do with their cars. And i feel that I of all people should be the LEAST of your worries.
