crx
So last summer i bought my first car a 91 civic 4 door, it has a b16 swap with a shitty ls tranny intake and exhaust done, lowered on gas shocks and coil overs, how ever the engine is still good but the chassey has giving nothing but bad luck for instance the 3rd week of owning it the cap and coil went out then the next day some one broke into it but theft attempts were limited to mix cds and a air spencer because i took everything out, now here i am a fuel pump new back engine mount cross member shift linkage and a few other things later i finally get it all fixed, my gf's aunt backs into, not much damage but a new hood needed and paint job, then my axle starts acting up so i finally decided enough was enough and im am purchasing a 1989 crx this weekend for 800 with a blown engine in it, i was wondering if any one has any helpful hints for a noobie at engine swaps, i no ill need a cherry picker to pull the engine and my friend who has a crx with a ls non vtec is going to help me but he is unreliable so i was wondering if any of you h-t gurus have any helpful advice for me?
thanks so much and once i start/ complete the swap i will make sure to post some pics !!!!

Hahaha no really? i would never think that!!!!!! haha, I was just wondering if there was a main problem that alot of people run into with engine swaps
A lot of people rush themselves, set unreal expectations over the simplicity, and they don't set aside any money for items that go wrong during. Those are the main issues I would think. Also they don't check everything three times before doing it.
