getting no power

getting no power

one of my front signal lights don't work on my teg... usually theres two wires to make it blink and one is not working.. i ran that wire all away back to the fuse box, thinking there might be a cut or something but not. the wire still dont get power.. so would any0ne know what to do from there?? Im stuck..
P.s all my fuses, and relay are good

ive had the same problem before...
i tried everything until finally i just removed the light bulb and checked if the + and - were touching and they werent..so i just got a pen and squeezed the metal together (from the housing) so they can touch the light bulb wires, its kind of hard to explain...either that or check if the light bulb didn't fry (you never know)
