It's blowing smoke and it smells bad?

Leaky exhaust, shot gaskets, burning oil... something has to be pretty screwed up for a CRX to get that kind of mileage.

Is your gas gauge accurate? Any dents in the gas tank? Any fuel leaks? Maybe someone is stealing your gas because that is way beyond running bad or something natural. 60-80 miles per tank is just ridiculous. What mods were done?

wow thats terrible..

sounds like alot of things together making it run so bad,,probaby o2 sensor, tire pressure,clutch,etc,etc..maybe something wrong with the tps and timing as well

is the little light on the ecu blinking?

Sounds like your fuel map is going wackle. Try unplug the battery cable, wait a couple of minutes, then reconnect and see if that help. If not, borrow an ECU from a known good working car and swap that in to see if that help. If those don't help, bring it to a machanic

Make sure the fuel is getting from the filler neck to the tank, and make sure it is staying in the tank, or in general find the leak.

Does it feel like it has less power? Might be a clogged cat?

Any CELs? You must have a massive leak somewhere or your EVAC system is fubar.

your ECT sensor could cause the problem. When they go bad they can make the ECU dump fuel into the motor making it run rich as hell (safty feature like closed loop mode when CEL is on.), I have seen it happen. All though not as common on Hondas as other cars. Cheap fix, just buy the $20.00 sensor and see what happens (Unless you know how to properly diagnos the sensor first)

When I read that, I thought you must have just bought an H2 Hummer.

I think the problem is with the FPR. His fuel pressure could be 80psi, and he wouldn't know at all. Go back to a stock FPR, wait, get a new one because the FPR you have is probably a b&m knock off from eGay
