pounding out the inner fender wells?

Default pounding out the inner fender wells?

ive been reading that you need to pound out the inner fender wells on ef hatches so the upa will be able to travel once my car is dumped? anybody have a picture or something? im rather confused kinda... or jsut any advice?

I think you mean to get you fenders rolled, you can use a baseball bat (the cheap way) or you can have a body shop do it for you or you can get a fender roller from Eastwood.com look for it here http://www.eastwoodco.com/shop...31158

i dont think he means rolling the lip.. because he wrote upa which im assuming he means upper control arm. iv seen pictures of the shock tower with a cut in it so the upper control arm would go even higher.

yeah i was talking about the upper control arm... i jjust dont wana start cuting or pounding if there is a way around it..

youll only need to bend in the fender seam if you have a camber kit and are low otherwise you should be fine. i used a nice deadblow hammer to do mine

i made the fender seam flat for majority of the top portion on the inner fender and i used an engles camber kit I also rolled my fenders with a baseball bat(old school hot rod trick)

ypu cant see it from the engine bay its on the otherside in the fenderwells lolkinda on the frame
