type of fluid for 90 prelude s MT

I searched for over an hour so no flaming here please. I bought a honda prelude s, and i get a grind into second only when its cold in the morning. A buddy told me to use 80w 90 in the transmission. Does anyone know what is supposed to be in the transmission for sure?! and what they rec using on a 90k mt. thanks any help is appriciated.

Synchromesh will help the grind but itll wear out the rest of the tranny quicker than honda mtf...youll probly need a trans so id got with synchromesh

I'm on my 8th Honda and that's all I've ever used.
