Was up everyone,
I am just about done installing my jdm itr front end conversion on my 94 integra. I installed the entire jdm conversion( jdm rad support, jdm bumper support, ect.) The only problem that is stopping me from finishing is closing the hood. My hood will not close all the way. I can see the latch on my hood going into the actual hoodlatch that is bolted on the radiator support., but it does not go all the way down. It only closes as much as when you pop your hood from the inside of your car and your hood is open just enough for you to open it manually. I am using a DA (90-93) integra hood release cable since it is longer and my stock USDM integra one was too short. As for the hood latch I have tried the ITR JDM one, the USDM integra and the 90-93 inetgra hood latch, but all three of them give me the same result, the hood will not close. I have done a search for a couple of day and some people say to use the 90-93 integra, other say to use the USDM one,but to flp it around. I have tried these things but no luck . I was wondering if anyone who has done this conversion or has seen it done know what I need to do to close my hood. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

just use your cable and run it through the other side, thats what i did with mine.

 

Got it to work. I had to align the radiator support to make it work,but its done. Thanks for everyones help!
