i have a 91 dx sedan and it wont start i dont have any cel's but my ecu dose throw Code 16 and 20 what is wrong and how do i fix it

try replacing underhood fusebox. apparently the eld is in there

 

Yeah id borrow a friends fuse box of the same model car. Or grab one from the junkyard.

do you think i could use one of a 90 crx dx?? cus i have one just sitting around
and i know its the same motor and all
