I assume you are starting in stock?

Anything that changes the springs will bump you from stock. I am not familiar with what the HFP suspension is, but any type of sport or lowering spring or coil-over will put you in STS, provided you haven't done any other mods that bump you higher.

HFP is Honda Factory Performance, it's optional OEM parts. Lowers the car about 1 inch. stiffer spring rates and struts

I would still put you in STS if I was doing the tech inspection. Stock will allow upgraded suspension that is correct for a particular model (i.e. if an Si came with stiffer springs or something), but an add-on part that is not stock for the car, no matter the trim level, would bump you up a class.

no prob.

You can actually get the electronic copy of the SCCA rules here for free if you want:

That's correct. Despite the name, the HFP package is dealer installed and thus is not legal for stock class.

I believe the new Si would be in STX, since it comes with an LSD.

I looked at the rule book and it said Im G Stock class but also STS/STX eligible or something like that. (Page 180)

'07 Si would be classed in STX with HFP springs. You can swap the shocks and stay in stock.
