I want to adjust my passenger door. But i can't get to the hinge mounting bolts without removing the front fender (i think...)
What is involve in removing the front fender? Seems like i need to remove the bumper first?

 

First take off the front bumper, then remove the fender linner. There are three bolts on top in the engine bay, and one bold on a brace up front. Then I think you have to take off the pannel that runs along the side of the car to get to two bolts on the bottom of the fender. Lastley open the dooor alllll the way and look into the crack and you will see one more bolt. That should do it.

 

ohh and btw I took mine off the other day to adjust my door after it was fixed by the dealer after a small run in with an ML320. I could not figure out how to adjust the dam door. It just would not close right so im taking it back to them and telling them to fix it right this time.
