Default Time to lay the civic to rest

Dear friends i have a 02 civic ex with a garrett T-22(15psi) motek exhaust (3") garrett headers K&N CAI Turbo management system Vetc AFC system and an engine that has port and polished heads a hypertec stage two chip it has the prerace labtop program with three usb ports in the cup holder and its pushing 265 on a good day with a stock motor, i cant get it to go any faster and im not into the whole engine swapping crap. Mostly because im poor need advice on how to make it faster or should i finally lay it to rest and start on my rx-8 the motor on the civic only has 103000 miles so i dont know what to do, im not really a tuner im a diagnostic specialist for a major parts company. They had no helpful ideas but to burn it. Need Help.
