HT is not miracle workers
reading 0 means. no power, no ecu, ground bad, bad fuel pump or relay.
wiring can cause that if you have changed something.
what model is your car DX/STD? Maybe the resistor box is unplugged.

May be something as simple as having a bad gas filler line. You could have poured 10 gallons in and it went right out on the ground. (Had that expirence once with a civic I bought, that someone had cut the filler line).
you forgot to hook up your grounds on your motor, ground your tranny with a wire and at least one wire from the valve cover to to car chasis, or from the intake manifold to the car's chassis
i mean i had that problem, does it have a wierd buzz sound when on accessory?? anyway just a suggestion let me know if that was it

i heard a buzz a while back but i have the vavle cover ground and the tranny and the thermostat housing grounded.
Did you try taking it out and checking the soldering points? Do you have all the grounds hooked up? battery hooked up? Checked all the fuses under the dash and hood? Do you hear the fuel pump priming? What ecu/distributor are you using? Did you do a visual inspection under the car, i.e. fuel lines, around gas tank area? Did you get the engine assembled of did you have to put the head on, how's your timing? do you have spark? there's so many things it could be, start looking and update us
every thing is in timing the pump is not priming and the main relay is not clicking and the ecu is p28 and the dizzy is obd1 im going crazy dont know what to do.
dude ur didn't say your running and obd1 setup.
I bet its your wiring. Check it over make sure the right wires are going to the dizzy. I have done this before wiring from std to si/mpfi has its share of wiring problems.
