If you know the model of alarm you can look it up at directed.com. Although pricey, you can buy them at remotesunlimited.com, they have a lookup feature. My suggestion would be to try a local dealer first.

there is a 1800# on the back of the remote
call it during the day and it will connect to the closest viper dealer
2 button remotes $35-50 installed
4 button remotes $45-65 installed

hey CRiSP....how much does your shop charge for an installed Clifford Avant Guard 4? (for normal install)
what about stealth wiring and all that crap type of install?
also, install of the alarm with a remote paging unit like the crimestoppers new unit.

just go to a local Viper/DEI alarm/stereo shop dealer and they should have the remote if not they can order one for you... you dont need the serial number of your alarm or anything but the remote needs to be programmed into your alarms brain so they can communicate w/ each other... make sure you know what model number alarm you have so the shop can get you the right remote..
