Did you go over all your grounds? I have heard that problem with swaps make sure the contact for the ground is clean. Did you check to see if you have fuel? When you turn the ignition to "on" and not start you should hear a buzz of the fuel pump priming the system. You could also take out a plug and see if its covered in fuel after turning it over for a few seconds. Where did you get your motor, was it running prior to swap? give us some more to work with here. What "performance" dizzy did you put in? Unless your pushing past 450hp then i suggest you stick with stock to avoid headaches.
make sure you have the injector wires plugged up to the correct injectors. Happend to me on a h22 swap into an accord. i put the #3 wire to the #4 injector, and vise versa. It would have spark and backfire every now and then.
i got the dizzy from jc whitney i hear the fuel pump come on there is fuel on the spark pluges do u think that haveing the wrong injector in the wrong clinder will cause it not to start i still got to check fuse and check to see if the dizzy is on the #1 wire when it is in timing

If you have the wrong wire to the wrong injector it def will not ever start. It will be spraying fuel into the cylinder at the wrong time.
