automatic gsr tranny
I bought a jdm b18c automatic motor since usually automatics haven't been abused as much. I also bought a gsr tranny and I'm wondering if it will bolt right up to the motor.

yeah something like that. reason why i bought it was because i took the valve cover off and the cams weren't scratched up and the inside was clean. did compression test on a cold motor for some reason all 4 cylinders w/ oil were 300psi i don't know why, but yeah it was a cold engine that hasn't been started up for a month or so i assume the motor is going to have good compression after i start it up.

actual its abnormal...your compression readings cold are almost always lower than when its warmed up...Because of the fact that oil is helping the rings seal when warmed up

yeah well I'm sure the motor compression is still good. but you're right about the motor being cold and compression being low.
