question about my abs removal
ok so i have done an abs removal on my integra and i am having some problems. well here is a list of what i have. gsr brake booster and an rs master cylinder and all rs hard lines and prop valve. it has new rotors and new pads and one new caliper. my master cylinder seems to have pressure as i undid the hard lines coming off of it and basically did like a bench bleed. now i am not getting any air or fluid coming out to my calipers and this doesn't make any sense to me. it has all new oem honda lines and just the master cylinder and the prop valve are used. does anybody know why this is happening? i am getting so damn irritated its not even funny. i have tried bleeding the conventional way and i have tried to use a vacuum pump to suck fluid out but it seems to only suck out what little old fluid there was in there. im stumped guys any help would be appreciated. thanks
did you have to use the rs master cylinder???some body told me if you get the rs prop valve and lines that you can use your gsr master cylinder..i don't know if that is for sure???
no you have to use the rs master cylinder cause the outlet ports are in a diff location on the m/c's but i had another question... can a prop valve go bad?
